Alaga Payments is built into every plan. The rate depends on how the card is taken, never on which plan you are on.
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no separate gateway to sign up for. Cards work in person and online from the day you start.

Clients, pets, and appointments are unlimited on every plan. These three are the only numbers the product counts, and when you need more, a pack costs less than the next plan up.

How the counting works
- Allowances are per calendar month. What you don't use doesn't roll over.
- Pack credits are used only after the month's allowance and never expire.
- A picture message (MMS) counts as 3 text messages.
- You get a heads-up at 80%. If the allowance and your credits both run out, texts or campaign emails pause until you add a pack or move up a plan. Your calendar, clients, and everything else keep working.
- Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and invoices sent by email are never counted.
- Optional auto-refill buys the pack you choose the moment you'd otherwise run out.
- Send marketing email from your own domain on Premium and up.
Enterprise
Custom pricing, spelled out
Enterprise has no list price. We quote it after a scoping call, and the quote covers everything on the right.
Month-to-month plans stay month-to-month. Enterprise terms, the SLA included, are agreed in a contract we write together.

One named person who knows your setup, from the first call through every change after go-live.
Priority support with an SLA
Your requests go to the front of the queue. Response and resolution targets are written into your contract, not a one-size policy.

Migration help is on every plan. Enterprise adds a plan built around your team: staged imports, training sessions for each role, and a named contact through launch.
