Welcome to the Alaga Early Access Program. By checking the agreement box and submitting your application, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions with Alaga ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Program Description
The Early Access Program provides selected participants with pre-release access to the Alaga platform, a customer relationship management (CRM) system designed for pet care businesses. This program allows you to explore features, provide feedback, and help shape the final product before its official public release.
2. Eligibility
By applying, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business
- You operate or are employed by a legitimate pet care business (grooming, boarding, daycare, veterinary, training, or related services)
3. Beta Software Acknowledgment
You understand and acknowledge that:
- The Alaga platform is provided in a pre-release "beta" state and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
- The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice
- We do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or uninterrupted service during the Early Access period
- The platform should not be relied upon as your sole business management system during the beta period
4. Data and Privacy
During your participation:
- We will collect and process data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- You grant us permission to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our platform
- You are responsible for any data you input into the system, including customer and pet information
- We recommend maintaining backups of any critical business data outside of the Alaga platform
- Upon program termination, your data may be migrated to the production version or deleted, at our discretion with reasonable notice
5. Feedback and Intellectual Property
We encourage and value your feedback. By providing suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback:
- You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into our products
- You acknowledge that we are not obligated to implement any feedback or compensate you for its use
- All intellectual property rights in the Alaga platform remain exclusively with the Company
6. Confidentiality
As an Early Access participant:
- You agree to keep non-public features, pricing, and platform details confidential
- You will not share screenshots, videos, or detailed descriptions of unreleased features without our written consent
- General discussion of your participation in the program is permitted
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes related to pet care services
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform
- Not use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
- Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs you discover
8. Program Duration and Termination
The Early Access Program:
- Has no guaranteed duration and may end at any time
- May be terminated by either party for any reason with written notice
- Will transition participants to the production version upon official launch, subject to then-current pricing and terms
We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) during the Early Access period
- We are not responsible for any business losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the beta platform
10. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address you provided.
